APPLICATION FEATURES Management of key players
Easily create and manage operators, service providers and clients. Operators and service providers are defined per country inside a zone, while a client can exist in different countries. Client profiles define the client shares and can be modified over periods of time. Shares values can be flat or based on the number of hits.

Fee and Profiles
The system is capable of handling any type of fees, based on a flexible set of rules defining how the fees are computed, who pays them and to whom they are paid. The fees computation rules can change based on the operator and/or service provider. Once installed, users can add, remove, and modify fees at runtime. Additional conditions can be specified determining when the fee is applicable.

Hits input
Easily insert the official/stat. reports. These can be typed directly inside the application and/or imported from outside files such as Ms Excel files. The system automatically validates the input, enforces the business rules making sure they are all valid and displays warnings notifying the user about possible data input errors and/or mismatching values with those in the system.

Clients Account Computation
Having the data in place the clients accounts are automatically computed by the system with a single button click and in few seconds.

Applications and services management
The system contains a service and application management component that is responsible of handling all tasks related to the client’s services. Not only the short codes are managed but the content as well. It provides an advanced set of analysis tools to study and evaluate the performance of the applications and services within a period of time, hence assisting the content owner in the decision-taking process.

A Secure environment
The application provides a secure environment determining who can do what. Permissions are granted on each section of the application stating whether the user can view, edit or delete data. Permissions are also granted per country; one user might be allowed to perform a task in a country and disallowed to perform the same task in another country. Security groups add more flexibility when granting the permissions to users.
